MTA progressivism.

This subway ad is actualy pretty unique. It's put out by the MTA itself
for workshops they are offering @ CUNY for workshops designed to help
small business win govenrment contracts with the MTA.

The TTC is lightyears behind on initiatives like these and it seems to
be a win-win situation for the good guys. A larger pool of competing
bids will increase the quality of the bids and lower the price for
servicing the TTC. It will create more jobs for new immigrants. With
much more scrutiny, cronyism will get cut down. With lower costs and
higher services, Public is happy. More people ride subway, the union
will be better able to defend the interest of its members. Good for
all.
